"The staff from the moment I walked in the door as a guest and departed as a friend was awesome. I've stayed at this place numerous of times and will continue to stay because the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and they're very attentive. The only issue I had this time and it happened the time before was a guest is smoking marijuana in their room. It reached through the entire hotel from my floor which was third floor and up. I spoke with people from the fourth floor and they were complaining. The night clerk tried his best to find the guest smoking. I was unable to sleep all night had difficulties breathing, my head was congested and stopped up the next morning. The staff was not in control of it and they tried very hard to find out who the culprit was and hopefully was able to find them and fine them. If someone is going to do something like smoking they should go outside and have common courtesy. There were children in this hotel and families like myself and it was so awful. I wish they had cameras on the floors but I don't know if that would made any difference. The hotel and the staff are amazing and they make you feel like family and they go all aboard to help. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. Be sure to say hello to Alex and Curtis at the front desk...Oh and the breakfast is so tasty...yummy"

"This a great play to stay for the money. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, across from the beach in the Destin area. The rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast also!"

"The day checked in, I card was charged for $100 for deposit. I can understand the hold but it was actually charged. It was nice I got 2 beds instead of king. Breakfast was ok for free service. Location was alright but not entry to the beach in walking distance for sure. Room carpet was little sticky. I could hear everything like car parking by. Also AC was so loud that we had to turn it off"

"Booked online, paid for room in advance. Reservation was for king bed ,got a 2 queen bed room , we arrived around 7pm and after driving 9 hours I was just to tired to go back down and ask for the king bed that I had already paid for.The room was sufficient for sleeping but ,I had to clean the bathroom myself before we could use it, was also told at check out that the $100.00 hold for incidental charges was already back on my card but 2 days later it's still showing up as a hold on my card. This was supposed to be a 8 out of 10 star's Hotel but not sure that's completely accurate."
