"Very good staff. They helped me with the return and they're very fast too. The store was packed,and the line was long, and we didn't wait in line for a long time at all."
"We ordered a pair of shoes on December 6th. On December 10th it said awaiting carrier pickup. The never said they were out of stock, and we had to call them on December 24th. They told us to call back tomorrow because Nike is restocked daily. I called back right away because I realized they were just blowing me off. The next person I spoke to said they restock every two weeks. We gave them money, they never sent us the product, didn’t tell us, and kept the money. When we called in they lied to us. When I called back the second time, they offered us a refund that wouldn’t even allow us to repurchase the shoes with the money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they refused. Better Business Bureau of Beaverton Oregon, just because they are a huge company doesn’t mean they can lie to people. Merry Christmas child laborers!"

If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. During a work trip, I stumbled upon it, and I have no regrets—ended up snagging a couple of pairs for both me and my wife. "We were here for shopping in may 2022 and the fitting room was closed. No one answered reasonably why the room was closed. Today (May 20, 2023) we were here again and wanted to try something in the fitting room again. again the room was closed and locked. we asked again why and got no answer. I still looked in the four changing rooms and everything was fine there. I assume that the customers should only buy and not get the opportunity to test things beforehand because of the size. Customers who ask are probably annoying. we were here for the last time"
