"Dropped off my shoes to be cleaned up on a Sunday. (It is a courtesy of them. I did not have to pay for anything, therefor I was not expecting them to be perfect, if anything I was very grateful and I let everyone know that. They were very kind that day.) - Fast forward to Tuesday, I call to let them know I was gonna be there that day, and I was "greeted" (or barked at) by who it seems to be the store/general manager. Did not even let me finish my first and only sentence. Started being passive-aggressive, saying "I ruined the shoes, we can't do nothing about them, you should've brought them in sooner, we're not working on them anymore, and you need to get them TODAY" - something along those lines, with a nasty tone, cutting me off mid-sentence. When I went to pick them up, I was greeted by another manager who seemed to know who I was talking about. I gave this manager my phone number and name and politely asked and explained what happened and why I needed to speak to someone. I have not heard anything from anyone - I never leave a negative review anywhere. But this one deserved it. My family and I spend considerable amounts of money every year in this store for Christmas presents, office attire and promotion gifts, and things like that. Still would like to hear from them."
"Stay far far away, wore a pair of their shoes for less than 3 days and the sole started coming apart. Called the customer service and they do a “2-part” exchange I have to return my shoes wait for them to refund me and then i get a gift card and have to reorder?? You would think $200+ dollar shoes would have better quality or at least better customer service when their product fails."
