"It's an outlet store, so obviously we're talking about a warehouse-style environment. However, the folks there are really nice, the lady helping me in particular really went above and beyond to help, had a lot of genuine product knowledge (that is, not just memorized talking points) and made sure I benefited from the sales and discounts they had that, frankly, I wasn't even aware of. There's no question I'll go back there again. Note to Reebok corporate: if you're reading these reviews, you need to reach out to Stephanie and let her know what a great job she did. She's a keeper. "I bought a pair of shoes for Christmas from the Reebok Outlet, and within a month-and-a-half they are already starting to fall apart. When I try to exchange them, this establishment said that they couldn't exchange it or return anything from Christmas. Not a very good reason in my book."
