"I was able to find two pairs of shoes that were included in the sale! I really liked how big the store was and how many different styles of shoes they had. The staff were friendly and helpful and even put items on hold for me while we walked around the rest of the shopping centre."
"Christian & Moses really are two amazing employees!! Christian was who helped me check out, & he was kind & very efficient. Moses was next to us dealing with an absolutely psychotic woman & her even more psychotic husband. Moses handled it perfectly, he stayed very polite the whole time & calmly called the manager over while the couple was screaming in his face at 100 miles a minute. I just have to commend his customer service skills, because as someone who also works in customer service I do not think I could’ve handled that as calmly as he did. "Absolutely terrible customer service! Got to the register, waited 10 minutes with one person in front of me at the register. When the assistant manager rang up my shoes he quoted me 100 bucks! I showed him where it was displayed and priced he said customers move prices. No sorry, no let me make this right, nothing! Left shoes at the counter. Apparently weights and measures need to inspect this store for inaccurate prices"
