"I went there to try a pair of shoes that I saw online . I live about 20 minutes from this mall . I got there and they didn't even have the shoes in my size like it read online. I wasn't upset, but they should be aware of misleading consumers. What if I was going there to actually buy them ??"
"Lady at the shop in the Sanford mall was super nice. And as far as help goes, she went above and beyond... I did have an issue as far as inventory, however.. Online it showed a specific brand and model. Yet the store didn't carry them...wasted trip. the mall felt like it ghost town..."
"This place had some great sales going on! The store seems very clean and the attendant/cashier was super helpful to us as we were looking for specific hey dudes that sadly weren't in stock at the time. We ended up getting 2 pairs though to not miss out on the sale. I loved how they immediately said hey we can order them and do free shipping to your home though. Great service. Lots of shoes and good deals. I know the mall may close so hope they end up someplace close by for future shopping."
"I sure have found some good deals in here. Now I have too many shoes! Love their buy one get one half off sale always going on and they have a fresh selection of modern new shoes to choose from. Stop in regularly and you'll end up with too many shoes too!"
"Service was very poor. The store lacked proper air for both it's customers and workers. Workers was not very helpful. On entering the store there was 2 female workers that was having their own personal conversations. The male worker was somewhat helpful, he showed us where we could find the product that we were trying to find. We made our choice and went to the cash register to pay. However, one of the two female workers came to assist us. There was a customer ahead of us that was an ex coworker of the sales person. She then had a conversation with the customer gossiping about some one that they had worked with. Unfortunately, the conversation was more important than the other customers that was in line and allegedly there was a problem with the card reader. The reason for the malfunction was because the cashier and her friend was not paying attention to what they were doing. The cashier called for help and when the male worker came to help the female worker voided the transaction and then decided to use the other cash register. The male worker processed our purchase and we left the store. The service stunk."
