"Got caught stealing couple extra items in my bag, I had spent $80 with the store already $30 dollars worth of free stuff shouldn't hurt. It might had hurt the lady playing security when she's a supervisor but the manager gave me the ok. Nd offered if I still wanted to purchase the items I said no. Nd he let me go for release. I love this store since 3 years ago I discovered it. Very cool management, always been a good guy to me. Never had police called & I don't disrespect people."

"Let me make you all aware this Burlington will sale you things without addressing there could be missing pieces I bought something for 30$ there for my kids opened the box was supposed to be 46 pieces was 32 pieces they had it marked down then back up again from 26$-27$ came out to 29 and some change complete waste of money each time I go into this location it’s a problem I called to address and all they can say is well if you want to return it you can put it all back in and bring it back like no my kids already opened the box up set it up and it wouldn’t be returnable at this point they had no regards or cares to that being the situation and I’m definitely done shopping at this location I spend lots of money there but whoever there management is and who ever is training these employees lack respect and understanding don’t be in the retail field if you aren’t cut out for it"

""Today, I had a bad experience with the manager of the Burlington store located on W.P. Ball Boulevard in Sanford, Florida. I frequently shop at this store, but this is the second time I've had an issue there. The first time was about two months ago when I was buying a watch, and she didn't want to show it to me for a fitting. I basically had to beg her to let me try it on, and in the end, I bought it. Today, I went to buy a suitcase. I started selecting them because I needed a large one and, of course, I had to choose the color, brand, etc. I was lining them up to make my decision, and she started removing the suitcases from where I had them and began putting them away. I politely asked her not to put them away because I was still deciding, and I would put them back once I made my choice. She responded in a very unfriendly manner, telling me to make up my mind and decide which suitcases I wanted to see, and she continued to put away the ones I wanted to look at. There was one that I liked, and I asked if I could speak to someone about getting a small discount since I saw the same one at a lower price but in a different color at another store. She said, 'I don't think you'll find a cheaper suitcase than this one' and walked away. Later, I went to the cash register, and I asked the cashier if it was possible to talk to the manager and get a small discount. He seemed terrified to talk to the manager, so I told him not to worry, and I would speak to her myself. To my surprise, when the manager was coming towards us, I realized it was the same rude person I had the bad experience with earlier. However, I politely asked if she could give me a small discount, and her response was a flat 'NO, that's the final price.' She didn't even say 'I'm sorry, I can't.' I said, 'Okay, thank you,' left the suitcase there, and went to another store. But I really wanted the green one at Burlington, so I returned, paid the full price, and then calmly spoke to her, expressing my disappointment with her treatment and explaining that while I understood if she couldn't give a discount, this was not the way to treat a customer. It seems that the level of customer service that used to be present has been lost. What has happened? I always spend money there and very rarely ask for discounts. I like the store, but maybe I won't return." I Can understand that maybe she has a lot of things to do and maybe it was not the best day for her , but it is unfair to handle her frustration in that way."

"This store is just so sad and terrible! They treat their employees disgustingly! Calling the disabled employees dumb and slow! Never giving lunches or breaks! Truly awful! Do not support this Burlington in any way! I truly hope the higher ups learn how to treat human beings with kindness and respect! Especially the woman named Marilyn she is downright cruel. I will never shop at this location again. :(:( absolutely sad and terrible!"
