"I was selling clothes here as I have before. After I checked out, the associate was handing me my bags and in between the exchange a ring tray full of rings hit the floor and went everywhere. I began to pick up the rings and the associate just looked at me and called the next person in line. A customer came to help me pick up the rings that were everywhere. This customer even said you shouldn’t be the only one picking all of this up by yourself. The associate at Plato’s was beyond ridiculous for just ignoring what happened and not helping. I’ve never seen such a lack of customer service at a store. A simple attempt to help me would have sufficed. Just pure laziness."

"I used to LOVE platos. Its definitely going down hill. the employees are rude and make you feel unwelcome. Even if you have to fake it SMILE. I felt like look down on me. their attitude makes me not want to go there. So whoever owns this Plato's please speak to your Associates and let them know how important it is to be friendly and have a great customer service attitude, like I said even if you have to be fake happy ....do it."
