"I recently encountered a disheartening situation at your establishment on the afternoon of 1/27/24. A middle-aged to older female associate seemed to be perfecting the art of delivering disdainful looks, extending her performance all the way to the parking lot. Astonishing, isn't it? I've taken the liberty of reaching out to corporate to address this matter, as it left me pondering whether this could be classified as harassment or discrimination. Regrettably, the experience has left me with a sour taste, both in terms of attitude and service. It's disheartening to witness such a departure from the exemplary brand representation I had come to expect. Shopping elsewhere is certainly on the horizon for me."

He was very helpful, hardworking, resilient, and knowledgeable about the retailer. Which really impressed me. I have been wearing New Balance since my military service. "I worked with Brandon V. at the 5881 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway store on 8/8/23. I needed sneakers for my son (age 6) and my daughter (age 4) for the start of school. He was very helpful in sizing their feet and recommending the size to purchase to compensate for their growing feet. He was accommodating and very patient. I will be back for their next pair of sneakers and hope to work with Brandon V again."
