"Frighteningly expensive to rent one tux jacket for a Saturday night. No pants, no vest, no tie, just the jacket $150. It was a last minute costume pulled together for Halloween. So I had to pay it as I was the host of a Halloween costume contest. Same coat can be bought online for $199."

"I am a mother of a child with autism. We attended a Tim Tebow - night to shine event at highland park church. We needed to get a tux for my son and Black tie was regretfully our first stop. The man working there, showed us some options, but never measured my son- like he was afraid to touch him. Nor did he offer any alternatives to a suit -, such as offering to order something on line. Nothing. I even went back a second time ( silly me) to see if we could just rent a vest and I was told “those were all boxed up and sent to their storage ware house “.Only offered to call if he could find something. He never called! So- if you want to be treated well, avoid Black tie formal at all costs!! They are driving so much business away!! I went to mens warehouse where he was welcomed , measured, had many options, and treated very well!!! I will ask the night to shine event planners to please remove black tie formal from their recommendation list of formal wear stores in their email next year due to this poor treatment of the special needs community. Please learn to treat ALL communities equal!! - A mom."

"These guys are absolutely the best in the Panama City/Bay County FL area. A group that I belong to has rented tuxes over the years from this location, and has also purchased attire and supplies. When I had a cummerbund malfunction this week (not really, the dry cleaners simply broke the attaching device), I went back to their store to hopefully get a buckle repair that I was willing to pay for. The gentleman at the counter asked me to wait a moment while he took my cummerbund in the back to investigate the buckle repair. . . He emerged moments later, with a complete repair, new buckle, and he refused to take payment from me. This is as good as it gets, a home town dealer that appreciates your business. Black Tie Formal wear on 23rd Street in Panama City is the only place to visit for formal wear. Thanks again for your help!"
