"I usually do not write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. My mother and I traveled from Massachusetts to Jacksonville on Saturday 6/11/22 to attend funeral services for my brother in law who had just passed from a battle with ALS. My mom brought dresses with her however there was record breaking heat for the day of the service. She badly wanted something more weather appropriate, while on our way into White House Black Market at the Town Center, on Sunday 6/12/22 she felt faint, dizzy and couldn’t make the treck inside (my mom 79 has a pre-existing heart condition and heat and humidity make it very difficult for her) I went inside the store to look for her. I fell upon a beautiful light weight dress. I was torn on size and wanted my moms approval before I purchased. After speaking with one of the sales reps on the floor about my situation she came up with a plan to be able to show my mom the dress and check sizing, she actually brought the dress outside and walked it to the car with me. My mother just loved the dress and they had her size!!!! I want to THANK Jackie personally for going above and beyond and for being so accommodating. You made what was a very tough day a little more bearable!!! This location is very lucky to have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Wife purchased a very nice outfit for Easter. Never had been inside the store. They had a lot of nice clothes to choose from for her. Best thing though was the friendly service and expert advice from the associates."

"ASHLEY M.treated my daughter and I so AWESOME!!! SHE truly made shopping a really fun experience!!! I told her that my daughter was starting her first job...so Ashley swiftly pulled together 5-6 outfits with jewelry and shoes to match! My daughter learned alot about professional looks and casual dressy looks. I was just amazed at how courteous,creative and professional Ashley when she assisted us in the store!! She said she truly has a passion for fashion. I left the store feeling great and with some great memorial day deals."
