"Platos has always been hit or miss but today was definitely the worst. Went in for athletic clothes and right off the rip pants for $8.xx at Ross but resell for $10 at Platos and a stained up Lulu Lemon shirt for $16. Then I'm told they can't take my stuff because of wear yet it looks new in comparison to the stuff on their racks that's still there. The owner/manager was in and working today also."
"The last 3 times I've gone to Plato's I have found brand new shoes, Nikes, Under Armour and Pumas I don't know how much I've saved but I know it's made it easier for me to buy clothes too!!"
"Staff was friendly, store was mostly organized and fairly clean. Bought quite a few items clearance which was nice but staff mark items with a red marker and a nice white long sleeve shirt has a nasty red dot that shows threw. I asked at the cash register where I seen the dot and they told me it would wash out. Well it did not apparently they use a permanent marker. Most the cloths were dark enough or marked on the tag and didn’t bother me. I think they should think of something different to marking their clearance."
"They were reluctant to take the merchandise that I had to sell them for the reason that they were too busy to receive anything ( for the next few days) perhaps they were just not wanting to do the job but they were happy enough and courteous for the most part it seemed. I think it should improve on the next trip if I can sell my product this time and get the full intended use of this store."
