"Total trash! See the thing isn’t Citi Trends. The thing is FAITH, the black chic at the front who told me I couldn’t return bed sheets with the receipt in my hand nor exchange them because her manager not around. This is the only Ghetto retail franchise in Jacksonville. So much theft in the city that the employees don’t get access to their own thoughts. Do not shop here. Best service is the one on Fort Caroline south Jacksonville. I can’t stand rude service & people who treat others in a rude way end up jobless and on government assistance not because you need assistance but because your mouth can’t close long enough to hear the TRUTH then you end up looking 65 at 30 years old. Your own kind makes it hard for tax paying loyal citizens. You trolls ought be ashamed just gossiping and window shopping on the clock while making $11 a hour. Sad True Story"
"Nobody was up front when entering..... The store was a bit cluttered....a Little messy...bathrooms were closed off...wasnt much of a plus sizes section.... Probably two to three racks ... No store employees were on the sales floor if we did need help... But they do have a wide variety of items.. clearance items....lots of sales.. and reasonable priced items.... They have a section for basically anything you need or looking for.... From clothes to household items... To jewelry... Makeup.....Shoes.... car accessories... This store has really everything.... Its an alright store... I guess I would recommend... They did have a lot of items and were pretty cheap so u cant expect a lot...."
