"Be VERY careful when returning anything to this store. They will not refund you for shipping and handling (it has happened to me twice) even though this goes against and CONTRAVENES J.Crew’s policies. If you return items in store you should be refunded the FULL amount, not everything except S&H. This store is blatantly cheating its customers."
