"I was definitely excited with the low cost for the boarding service. And the reception at intake was friendly and I left feeling confident they would take good care of my senior dog. However, I picked him up 4 days later and found he was reeking with the smell of dried urine...as I bathed him I discovered his white fur was actually yellow from the amount of urine that was dried into his fur. It literally took 3 full shampoo washes to get him fresh. My dog began to drink the bathwater (something he has never done before) so I realized he was extremely thirsty. He proceeded to guzzle down 3 bowls of water... also something he has never done before. When I asked the tech who helped release him how Z. did while boarding, she reported that he didn't get up much, that he seemed to just lay in his bed a lot. I agreed that he is 14 years old and has slowed down a lot. Now I am thinking they just let him lay there all day in his own mess rather than help him to go out! I didn't schedule a bath ($40 charge) but I did request that if he had an accident in his space and got dirty in it, then please do bathe him, and let me know to approve the charge. I never got a call. Not about his lethargic behavior, nor about the excrement. They will not be taking care of my senior, arthritic dog again. I am sorry I trusted him to their care."

"Have brought both of our Japanese chin multiple times (Ash and Lily) . They are always happy and groomed to our liking. Even have cute accessories to accent the new haircut! Our last visit was especially good! Exactly as we asked, even with the tails and ears which we know can be difficult! Thank you!"

"A-DOR-A-BLE… I have two dogs… a miniature poodle that gets a poodle cut and a labradoodle that gets cut short all over. All Star Pet Grooming takes my shaggy pups in the morning and they’re spa is done in the early afternoon. They smell and look great. Very affordable and give a military and first responder discount. As a veteran Navy Nurse, I appreciate being recognized for my service, not expecting it but grateful. Very friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended!"

"Our corgi can be "difficult" to bathe. She has been kicked out of other groomers for being cranky during the nail trimming process. These folks did a great job on her the last time we went. She was well taken care of during her stay at their facility and was clean and smelled great when we picked her up. Great job guys!"
