"Called Sunday and reserved a pair of shoes to pick up on Monday. The employee I spoke to over the phone said she had them saved for me and it was fine if I picked them up on Monday. Showed up today, they didn’t have the pair of shoes saved for me and were sold out of my size. The employee there said they only hold shoes for one day. If the employee on the phone would’ve told me I couldn’t reserve until Monday I would’ve just picked them up on Sunday. Shoes are sold out online and cannot be ordered."
"I walked into the store and there were two employees. They are not welcome and I Want to ask them questions but look like nobody want to work and make money for the shop ! *In the shop, it's just me as a customer. They weren't busy. No service."
"I’ve been here a few times and the employees have always been very helpful. However, when I went the last couple of days, I was in complete disbelief when I heard the manager yelling at one of the employees in the middle of the store. I have no clue what the employee did to deserve such humiliation, but couldn’t she have taken that to the back of the store? It was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable."
