"I bought one of a toddler dress in here and forgot when did I got it as I have been in this store quiet often. When I got home some of the staff that I purchased I just put it in my closet as it is a xmas gift. One day as I am trying to wrap presents, The dress that I got happened to have still that black detector thing that attached to the clothes and unfortunately I don’t have my receipt at all because it’s been few months or so! When I went to the store for them to remove it they are looking for my receipt that I cannot find at all and sounds like they are kind of accusing that I am shoplifting the 24$ dress coz they won’t remove until I have the receipt which first and for all it is the cashier’s fault of not removing it after I paid it! Luckily I think about my cc statements because I am sure it is in there since I am just using cc with all the purchases that I have in there.When I showed them all the transactions that I have from them, then they said they cannot still find it from there! Crazy and horrible experience that I have though they ended up taking it as per say I am a long time customer in there! Stupid that they cannot fix their own mistakes of being a absent minded while at work!"
