"12/21/20 I received EXCELLENT customer service from both the woman on the floor and the young lady behind the register. The woman on the floor is an great sales woman, she knows her stuff (fashion school gal myself) and she was very helpful."
"Went in this morning to return items and was given a ton of attitude from ( I am assuming the manager,) Anthony. I said Hi as I walked and was greeted with "over here" by a man at the register. I said I had returns and put the box on the counter. He then says " well can you help me take them out of the bag"! To which I replied "Can you say hello or good morning to a customer"??? Seriously, with brick and mortar stores closing at a fast rate you would think there would be some sort of customer service. I then asked him if I should come behind the counter and do my own return? I left it at that, had my return done and walked out. So long J Crew Factory, my credit card was cancelled and I wont step foot in your store again. Maybe "Anthony" can take a course in customer service before he drives away more business."
