"First and foremost I can't afford good overall clothes in general. I was so excited that they had a huge sale for black Friday. Finally, I had a little extra money to get what I needed was bras. I ordered them online and my sizes were at this location. I came to pick them up and there were associates that were so loud gossiping in back. I checked out clearance before picking my stuff up ended up waiting 5 mins listening to them still gossip. I got my bras asked if I could try on. No customer service for me. Then I went up to let them know I didn't like one. She said ok u can return, or I can order online. I can order online obviously I did. What about the experience? Not here . Well....if it was me I'd be like is there something else I can help u find more ur style etc. But that wasn't the case. I felt devastated when I left. Was so excited to try and feel womanly again and it failed. I will never ever go to torrid again. I'd rather drive an hr and a half to Layne Bryant where at least they help or offer it and make u feel appreciated. I'm a HUGE customer service type of person. And this was not acceptable by me, as the customer."
"Attempted to exchange 3 items yesterday at the Coconut Point location, due to quality issues. Was told by the store manager all quality issues had to be returned within 60 days. We explained the closest store to us had been closed due to Hurricane Ian and we personally had damage from the Hurricane and we did realize it had been almost 4 months. Store manager did not care even though we pointed all three articles of clothing, which were the same pant, had the same quality issue and were coming apart. Again, manager did not care, she kept bringing more items for us to try on and purchase. Clothing is inferior and not worth the price. Save yourself the money and shop elsewhere even if you spend more it will save you in the long run."
