"The store manager was very rude when it came to my exchange and acted like I was trying to steal by asking to exchange my defective shoes (which, I had a receipt for and returned within the appropriate return window). Needless to say, there are a lot of places I can buy shoes and save money in town. Won’t be back."

Check out was efficient and though I was offered the opportunity to open a credit card or join a frequent shopper club, I didn't feel pressured to do either.
