"My wife recently bought a Wig from them. She bought the care products as well at time of purchase. The wig is not looking well and she took it to them to see what could be done. She was met with an "is your problem attitude". Then was accused not using the correct products. When she showed them the receipts of the care products, the blame changed to you must have cut it. She proved them wrong by comparing to floor model. They showed a "its your problem, we already have your money attitude". Not professional after the sale."
