"AVOID: By all means, avoid this store like the plague, but if you must, thoroughly check the things you’re purchasing. They will make excuses and refuse to honor the 30-day return policy. STORY TIME: I bought a pair of shoes, and they claimed it was worn and refused to return. I told them it was worn inside the house and garage for 10-15 minutes to check the comfort level. There is a weird dude named “Josh” at this store who should be fired for his lack of customer service and decency. I took the shoes to another store, which was returned quickly. MORAL: do not buy anything from this store. Google “Rack,” and you will find other stores in the Tampa area. You deserve better customer service. I’ll never go to this store! They do not deserve any stars! Fire that dude, and change the management of this store."
"Good selection of men's clothes. Decent prices. But the girl at the counter can't answer simple questions, doesn't know how to take hangers off of clothes, and doesn't know how to fold them into a bag. Train your employees better."
"Great deals on designer brands. The other day I found a dress that was 85%off. $13.00!!!!! Super cute and soft. And this top was only $10. I absolutely love this store. Everyone is super friendly. Makes for a wonderful shopping experience."
