"I ordered online for the first time with this company. Some of the clothes fit others did not. They don’t have an exchange option, you have to return and repurchase items, which creates another shipping charge and you have to pay $8 to return items. I took the items in the store to return them yesterday. I have the receipt but because I paid through PayPal I could not get a refund to my card I had to take an in store credit. No thank you. I despise stores that do this. I will pay the $8 to return the clothes and never buy from this store again."
"We are currently standing in line while 4 other workers walk around the store and only one person checking everyone out. Including a guy who looks like a manager just folding clothes while customers wait in a long line. What am I missing? Does Aeropostale tell their employees to ignore people waiting in line to check out now? Seems dumb. Also get some XXL sizes in your stores."
