"Victoria's Secret is a horrible company, they steal and get over on customers with there shifty billing and lack of support. Customer Service is why I cancelled my 2000 $ limit. I closed account, Then I pay in full...but because there was a charge pending they did not mention and I believed I paid it off only to get hot with a huge late fee because I never got a bill. I asked for credit which they denied. The over 1000$ a year I spent there will now go to competition! Customer billing practices are deceptive!"
"I don't recommend victoria secret. I was bought perfume never used bought the same day ..the girl works there tells me no returns excepted there in an outlet. She looked at tge receipt and saw it was bought hours before I came in. Anyone who can not give the customers what they want I don't shop here any longer."
"The staff is pushy and rude. I'm 90% sure a lot of the bras are wrongly sized (one bra I picked up claim was a C, there was no way in hell it was, easily an A cup. Same with a D cup bra I picked up, way too small to be a D cup). There's some cute designs here but overall the selection is small. Really don't recommend. The one at the UTC mall is much better."
"Worst experience at a Victoria’s Secret store at Ellenton premium outlets. The opening staff on Sunday October 3 2021 that I encounter was extremely rude. I’ve been a Victoria secret member for years. Just a heads up for future customers ……horrible customer service skills they body shamed me when I asked for assistance. Staff when you’re speaking in your ear peace make sure the customer doesn’t hear what you’re saying about them. I really hope that this review gets to someone because I’m pretty sure I am not the only one who has encountered this situation."
"Asked if I wanted a store card. 'Is it a credit card?' 'No no no' Processes transaction and hands me a paper about a credit card 'Are you sure it's not a credit card?' 'No no. You just get rewards points' It was a credit card. --_-- She just straight up lied to my face twice...."
