"Went to their Black Friday sale and was surprised to see at the register that the 49.99$ jeans I wanted were more than advertised. I explained that per their own label king and signage they were advertised as 49.99$ they refused to reconcile the issue or even admit that their merchandise is mislabeled. I have worn their jeans exclusively for 5 years. Very disappointed in the experience."

"Completely disappointed with the people that work there I found a pair of pants in the sale rack and she when she rang it out the first time they were on sale then I went to make sure that I really liked them and try them on one more time I came back and then all of the sudden they were not on sale and she refused to give it to me so I left and purchased nothing when I was going to purchase a large amount of items!!!
