"Aziamaria (i think thats her name) was amazing to me. She told me about the best ways to save with the credit card. I had some issues with the card and she was so patient with me and my baby while I called customer service. She even put some stuff on hold for me over night to wait until the issue resolved. Will definitely be shopping at this Old Navy again."
"Came into the store to do an exchange and was racially discriminated against by an employee. The lady told her manager that I was stealing after speaking to the manager she then looked stupid on the face when the manager looked over my items. The manager stated the employee told her I had stolen items. I have never seen something so displeasing and disgusting in my life. I will not be shopping at this location anymore!!"
"I lost my receipt to do the personal survey for Brianna. So I figured I could take my time and thank Brianna for all of her attention today. Let me tell you… it truly makes a difference having associates that care about helping the customers. Brianna was quick to call me in the line and assist with me with my return. This was my second trip to old navy since I had forgot one piece that didn’t fit my daughter from purchasing online and I needed to do something quick as a return. Brianna asked if I needed another size and I did. And she was able to price match me from my online order and re purchase my whole order but one size bigger. Now I had came in the day before and that option was not given I would have saved more money than buying regular price. But Brianna saved the day! Saved me money! Saved me another trip and most importantly saved the coupon I had used when I originally purchased the items. So happy to have gotten help from Brianna!!! She is such an asset to your company. Thank You!"
"Went specifically to purchase sleepwear for my child and there was none. Was told only have them during holidays (odd)! The store was neatly kept they had some sales for 4th of July weekend however, prices are still high compared to others in same shopping plaza."
