"If I could give it a 0 a would. I bought my son a pair of light up shoes 3 months ago. Lights stopped working and I wanted to exchange it for the same exact shoe. Explained that ive had them sitting in the closet and just now got around to doing an exchange. Was made to feel like I was trying to get one over on them. Was talked down to by their employee, in front of my 8 year old son. He accused my son of going into puddles and ruining them. I informed him that those were a pair of his school shoes, so i knew that was not the case . I left the shoes there and will definitely not be purchasing from there again!"
"My experience at the Daytona location was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. However, my visit to the Deland location was marred by disappointment. Despite arriving well before closing time to purchase additional shoes, the white-haired elderly lady, who seemed to be a manager, exhibited a rushed and impolite demeanor. Instead of approaching us respectfully, she resorted to yelling across the store to inform us of the closing time. The contrast with the positive assistance provided by a floor associate was striking. It's disheartening to witness a disparity in attitudes, especially from a managerial position. A position should reflect leadership and a willingness to assist, not entitlement. Overall, the positive aspects of the Deland experience were overshadowed by the manager's demeanor. I will continue to shop at the Daytona location even if it's an extra 30 minute drive from my home."
"They have been extremely helpful. Just a little surprised at the comfort of my Sketchers. I have been wearing them for 20 years. Absolutely loved the daily comfort of their shoes. Especially my boots working Disasters with FEMA."
"Every shoe I chose(which was 4 different pairs) they didn't have in stock. Hello 4 pairs this is a shoe store... they also said they won't get anymore in. Then take them off display. Woman informed me I could order them online... (now why in hell did i not think of that?!!?)Well so could she have. Useless"
