"By far the worse customer service and employees a place could hire. You ask for help with purchasing an item and they tell you to just go to academy’s website bc it’s easier. Easier for who? I drove to your store bc we wanted it then not in 3-5 days. After the interaction, I drove to Dick’s. If you represent a company and get a paycheck, at least act like you’re at work and not at happy hour hanging with friends."

"Went to the store because the other one in Lake Mary ran out of ammunition. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that this store is almost identical to one I visited in Lake Mary. Plenty of parking outside with handicap spaces. Inside the same thing big beautiful store with lots of choices for sports equipment. Again this store had a nice selection of armament and ammunitions. Will definitely consider checking out Academy Sports in the future."

"Huge disappointment! Went to buy my son in law Christmas gifts over $400. Employees here were terrible and looked annoyed and unhappy. Get better employees with good customer service skills and include your management !"

"Clearly all the employees at this location always looked annoyed. We walked in 50 min before closing and everyone looks so mad. I left the $400 of merchandise and ammunition after being told that the registers shut down in 12 mins when the closing time listed says different. Change your closing time to match your register shut down if thats an issue with the employees!! Customer service is definitely lacking here."

"Beware of older Spanish lady (employee), who could barely speak english, kept trying to get me to sign up for a credit card, I think lol. Nonetheless, she was very persistent about something. Did find a great pair of shoes though and check out guy at customer service was nice."
