"My family and I would never shop here again!! First of all they don’t even have fitting rooms. If you purchase a gift and remove the price tag, they will not take a return/exchange even if you provide the original receipt and the clothes has all the other tags on them. I’ve never had this experience in any other clothing store so they definitely lost business and I will let everyone I know not to shop here because if the clothes don’t fit, you are stuck with them."

I purchased sweat pants that I tried on at home and was going to keep so I removed one tag. Then I saw the second tag was a CAUTION alert of it being cancerous! Because one tag was removed, I was refused a refund or credit. The manager wasn't able to say if any of their other clothes on the floor had the same caution alert or why they were selling such a product. Even though I was very polite, I was lied to with different things in their policy/legalities and felt they were just trying to get me to leave. I was such a fan until this happened."

"I bought a top just after Christmas for $16.99, you can't try on in the store. Took it home, tried it on and it didn't fit, I tried to return it and lo and behold, they say they can't exchange or refund because there is a coffee stain. If this is so, it came out of the store like that 5 days ago. Asked to speak to a manager, sales person spoke to her in Spanish, and all I got was attitude from both of them. This store would never get another cent from me and I would not recommend them to anyone."

"I like this store because of their variety and prices. I don't give them 5 stars because you're not allowed to try clothes before buying it, which makes it a little hard to know if they will fit on you. They give you the option to return it, but personally, this takes 2 or more rides to the store."

"Pros: Cute clothes, shoes and accessories at affordable prices. Store is well organized and pretty easy to navigate. Cons: No fitting rooms at this location, so it's likely that you'll end up returning or exchanging items that don't fit right."
