"Isabel is AMAZING! I went in to do an exchange because the other Lane Bryant I went to measured me and sent me on my way to look for bras by myself, and I ended up getting bras that were way too big. Isabel took the time to help me find my size and replace all of my oversized bras. Every time I tried one on she helped me look to see if it was the right size. Bra shopping can be tedious and stressful but she made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. This store has the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere. I will definitely come back to shop here again!"
"I ordered online and had it shipped to the store. The store hours had changed and I was unaware. I was two minutes past closing and I had driven a ways to pick up. "I haven't been here in 5 years because my bras have lasted this long. Today was a great sale, so I went. Kahara (sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was absolutely a wonderful sales attendant! She helped me find everything I needed quickly, I added more then I came for and we laughed a lot! Side note... Lane Bryant, please fix your credit cards. Mine is closed, but is still in the system as open. Can't use it or get a new one."
