"You guys really helped me out of a jam. Needed a suit for my groomsman and after getting the brush off from a national chain store the two of us were beginning to dread looking for a suit. We were greeted promptly and warmly. Within minutes of being introduced to Mark it was obvious we were in good hands. Not only was he able to literally size us up just by sight but the whole experience was quick, personal, and a real pleasure. I can't imagine I will shop anywhere else for men's formal wear."

"Edited to a one star based on the reply. You STILL should not bust out the button of a suit pant on a slim fit by simply bending over to tie your shoe. The suit was TOO SMALL, and you chose to act poorly instead of addressing the issue and making amends the first time. Customer service is everything. It may be different if it was only one employee acting poorly, but it was multiple. Not a great experience. We paid $200 for a tailored suit that my grandson busted out of during a last try on the day of pick up. At the final fitting and pick up of the suit, Mark was told it was too small, but insisted it was fine and that is how a slim suit should fit. Once home, the suit was tried on again with proper shoes and literally the buttons came off while bending over to put on shoes. Upon return to the store, the staff, with the exception of Anna, were not helpful and basically blamed this on us. Customer service and standing behind their work seriously lacks. Overall, we ended up with a random suit straight off the rack, untailored, for the original $200 price, after literally having to act a fool for even that!"

"Our family loves this store! They have everything you need available in house to be formal ready as well as lots of other great stuff. You can purchase a whole suit for the price of some rentals! They do in house alterations but will also provide alterations on items bought elsewhere. I think this is the fourth suit we have purchased from them. Prices are reasonable and the service we received from Rosie today was excellent!"

"I really have to give this formal wear store major applause and my heartfelt appreciation. From the second we walked in, their service was so amazing! We budgeted to get our son a suit for prom/future life opportunities for Christmas/early birthday present and it was far beyond what i expected. Anna, (our store associate) was so so amazing. She worked it to find the perfect size for him and bent over backwards to cut any unnecessary costs and boy did she! The 3 piece suit looks amazing on him and they provided alterations as well. If you need a suit and live in or near Lakeland I highly recommend this store! I will definitely be back."

"They were amazing sweet and fastttt they custome made my husbands jacket by using the same fabric that matched his pants and he looked oh so handsomeee!!! They also altered my dress to my liking my dress had my buttons going too low on my back so the seamstress added some extra zipper and buttons so it could go up more! She knew exactly what I needed without me asking! Here’s some pictures"
