"My daughter loves this place. They always have great deals. Staff is friendly but not pushy. They have plenty of fitting rooms and they're plenty big enough even for plus size people."
"My daughter was in this shop trying on clothes and she realized there was a camera phone sitting on top of the wall of the stall they have for changing recording her. She took out her phone and recorded it and her in the stall as proof. When requesting help from the manager they simply said "I'll let the employees know". I'm really disappointed with the response received, it is outrageous that a girl can be spied on when she's changing at this store, they need to change the layout or have an employee dedicated to preventing people from being able to do that. There were men who simply walked back into the women's changing area of the store and were not even challenged on why they were back there in the first place, this is wrong and you need to fix it."
"all great staff everyone I asked for help they helped me out very nice kind, I've been to different stores this is the cleanest Hollister I've been to. located at 3800 US-98 Suite 414, Lakeland, FL 33809 just went last weekend will be going again this weekend I wish all staff could be like this in a good mood when you have staff like that you enjoy shopping and stores as organized like thi s one at this location"
"Great sales, lots on clearance. Great quality, the clothes wear well, they don't fall apart, maintain colors wash after wash. The materials used are so soft. Great line of fragrances also!"
"This Hollister at Lakeland mall is more of a clearance store sometimes they have lots of stuff and sometimes they don't it's usually a hit or miss. But when they do have lots of stuff it's worth checking it out can get some good deals here. The store itself was packed and finally went to the checkout almost all the stuff didn't ring up on sale so had to let the cashier know it's wrong and finally it was all fixed at the end. Always good to check what the price is when the item is on sale because if you're not looking it could possibly ring up wrong. They really need to fix that not fair to customers but always good to let them know so they can fix it at the register."
