"No because I went to try on a dress and the two employees were eyeing me and my friend like a hulk! They were making a mockery of me. Insulted my intelligence and also inquired about how much money I spent on a dress from dilliards. I haven’t felt this energy since grade school. I am a 30 year old woman and absolutely embarrassed women like this even exist, and working for a Charlotte Russe is even more embarrassing. It’s giving fast food high school behavior. I’m mortified and bothered. God forbid I was an impressionable teen. Jesus! I pray for people like these! I didn’t even buy anything. I had that eerie feeling and didn’t want these awnry woman dealing with me. I did reach out to corporate. I feel bodyshamed and so disrespected."
"Used to love going there but the customer service is beyond horrible, they make you feel like a burden for even shopping there. I had an employee tell me to go all the way around even though there was no line and continued to ignore me and eventually she started letting people cut even though I been waiting for a while and both employees continued to laugh and talk I ended up not buying anything and leaving my stuff. I will not be coming back and I’m telling friends and family to stay away"
"Went to do an online return. Cashier looked upset to be bothered. Told me they don’t do online returns. I politely told her that was off because the return form I had in my hand send me to this location. She then says well we do but I don’t know how so you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I am so upset. She spoke Nastily and gave me attitude when I asked why she would lie about it. I’m done with them. They can never get it together."
"Terrible customer service. Ask For a dressing room and get attitude like you’re a burden when it was not busy at all. Also asked for help finding shoes and was told it was “one of those boxes” when there are many. After attitude and not one smile at all, wanted to act nice when cashing out probably only bc they heard us talk about how awful their service is. Not helpful whatsoever. Cute clothes though, at good prices."
