"Would have given this store 1 star after the way the lady in fine jewelry treated my mother and I, but because of the courtesy and excellent customer service of Ashley, I give the experience 3. I see why this store has only a 2 star rating. Which was why my mother didn’t want to come to THIS location to begin with. Do BETTER!!!"
"Have spent at least 4 hrs trying to get my order. Only spoke to 3 people .otherwise on machines. The last person I spoke to was very good and understanding and I got my order to process."
"I love this store especially the one in Lady Lake. It is so nice well kept plenty of great quality merchandise. Great sales and I got myself one of their credit cards they gave me 20.00 off for opening one and I just received the card in the mail there was a 10.00 voucher in it. Plus bring up the Belks app for more discounts amazing."
