"I simply LOVE the staff at DTLR!!! The customer service is beyond expected and the environment is always warm and friendly. The store manager Sharron and assistant manager Quinshay have went out of the way to place orders for me when the item wasn't available in the store. For the reasons mentioned as well as the great selection of styles.... DTLR is my FAVORITE shoe source."
"Went there to find something to wear for an event I was attending. First off, no one greeted me when I walk into store, they acted as if I didn’t exist. Then no one even bother to ask me if I needed any assistance. Then when I did needed help with getting an item from the top rack, the guy associated roll his eyes at me like I was bothering him. Mind you the store is completely empty with no customers in sight, which I see why. Then when I went to checkout, one girl associate walk off with an attitude towards the back and than the other associate had a stink face. Will not be going back there to spend money !!!!!!"
"Ok selection,but the service was trash. disappointed in the lack of customer service, the guy wanted me to walk up to the register to try on the shoe. I almost walked out of the store. But I didn’t because this was the only place I found the shoes I wanted at a reasonable price. So I dealt with the below average customer service. I will never go back there again, unless they re hire all new people."
