"Called store manager prior to driving to store to order an online item. Was assured it would not be a problem. Upon entering, staff huddled around cash register chatting. Manager didn’t assist cashier making the order. I questioned the process (using gift cards and credit card for remaining balance). Management only then came over to assist. She assured me it was done correctly. Two hours later, I receive e-mail my order cancelled. Per customer service, the store did it incorrectly and customer service cannot take payment over the phone. Sorted it out with another store in Jax. Go to another Anthro, not Gainesville’s."

"It’s a good looking store with interesting merchandise and nice people behind the counter. But the young people are completely untrained how to wrap the purchased items. Since it’s notorious there, the management should take the problem more seriously."

"such a beautiful store! Always have great sales and merchandise. The downfall lies with their customer service. Each time I’ve been to this store there’s been a surplus of associates/mgrs on the floor yet none of them seem to want to help you. They will actually vacate their section to get away from you. The girls are catty and condescending. I have shopped at this location several times; each time I “sign up” for the email program yet they can never find my account the next visit - and they never offer to sign you up. You have to ask yourself. For such a beautiful store, you would hope the atmosphere and customer service reflected that."
