"Clean and inviting environment. I found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't like men changing in the same dressing room area as myself. That was very off-putting. I didn't appreciate a man wandering the same dressing room, knocking on my changing room door while I was trying on clothes. I was left feeling uncomfortable and annoyed. It's too bad because I've been a huge fan of the Tommy Hilfiger brand for many years."

"Disappointing Experience - Zero Stars if Possible I recently visited this store after shopping at the nearby Nike store. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite having three staff members present, including the manager, none of them greeted us upon entering. When we approached them about a specific dress, we felt like an inconvenience. As we continued shopping without assistance, we noticed two employees following us towards the back of the store. One rushed to lock the side door, and the other closely trailed us. When questioned about the locked door, their response was, "We always keep these doors locked, ma'am." I inquired further, wondering if they should already be locked. Overall, the lack of courtesy and the unsettling feeling of being closely monitored throughout our visit made this a disappointing experience."

"The best Tommy hilfiger store ever. The welcome was just right "welcome, if there's anything i can help you with please ask" then didn't stand over you just right. We are on vacation and go to this store as the prices are excellent but this year the staff were just fantastic taking customer service to a new level. Spencer was like our own personal shopper giving opinions on clothes helping with choice with his knowledge on the stock, just superb. I said about a size being to small he found and suggested something to suit and it did. The store is clean and very well organised. All the other staff were just as helpful also. The store and staff were so good we went twice. Going again next time we're in town you should too if your reading this still."

"Please teach your store cultural sensitivity training. I understand the importance of loss and prevention but it should never be at PAYING customers expense. It was very obvious from time my boyfriend and I came in and passive aggressive customer service that we were being profiled to the point it made uncomfortable my partner and I uncomfortable. I even ALLOWED y’all to peak in my purse because I know you were looking and it’s obvious I don’t have anything to hide. What’s most hurtful part is white couple shopping for their daughter didn’t experience same treatment. Please do better! I shouldn’t feel like I’m being watched or treated as criminal when I haven’t done anything to deserve that other than being black and young. It’s not a crime."

"I spoke with an employee who helped me pick out some pants in the 70% off section. He said the dress pants or chinos were so deeply marked because in his exact words "we are no longer going to have them, we will not even be getting another shipment" very younge guy, 5'5 light skin pony tail..I thought ok great deal let me look to see if I can find them in my size. I found 2 pairs one in blue one in black. Not the color I wanted but hey at 70% off, I'm a buyer. I spend about an hour after that picking out shirts, polos, hats, a belt, and tanks to match my chosen pants. Then an employee while I was near the check out line spoke to me asking how my experience shopping was I told him I was very happy, loved the deals and really appreciated the help with the 70% off items. He then said those pants are not 70% off. Went to the manager and she went directly to the employee, reprimanded him in front of me then told me that she would not honor what I was told. I WAS UPSET , but I didn't argue. If you wouldn't honor the words of your employees while they assist me in my shopping then I will leave and not make a purchase. So I put all my items down and I left with out buying a thng. I understand mistakes are made but when it's your employees not me picking up something and assuming a price, them I expect them to honor what I was told. The response I got was he is new and shouldn't have told you that. Well he did, and I spent an hour shopping based upon this incorrect information."
