"Went last night and 2 fantastic employees helped me! I purchased a skateboard for my kid and the employee behind the counter (Nate?) asked if it was a gift, then he proceeded to celebrate my choice of board and asked if he could box it up and stuff the box so it doesn’t move around! Ana was also there providing excellent service alongside him. This was the BEST experience I’ve had all year shopping in retail."

"The staff is so nice, informative and helpful. If they don't carry something in store that you're looking for, they'll order it online for you and have it shipped directly to your house for free. Exchanging of online purchases was very easy as well and they helped me with the process when my daughter needed a bigger size in skates. They also have awesome sales!"
