"Extremely unprofessional and rude manager. The company website allows for returning online order to store. But the manager refused even I brought paper receipt, order confirmation email containing the last 4 digits of my credit card and my exact same credit card used for pay the order. Will never do business with this band any more."

The manager Michelle is completely rude and ignores people.I've been trying to get her to talk to me for over a week now and she continues to ignore me, hiding in the back room, sending other associates to speak for her, or to have MW leave my name and number. I've left my name and number 4 times with no call back. I walked in today knowing she worked today and she hid in the backroom having her cashier speak to me instead. This is HIGHLY unprofessional an I will NEVER return back to the store. I advise others to do the same!!!!"
