"I was made to feel very uncomfortable when i tried to return an item. Tags in place, clearly unworn. Receipt provided and within the return window. If the store employees don't like the return policy maybe they should reach out to corporate and do something about it."
"I spent half an hour checking out the clothes and grabbed a pair por pants on sale which the ticket said $14.99. When I went to go pay the women in the cashier (who said is the store manager) says that it was marked wrong and that the system says a more expensive price. Very bad service and very bad experience since I believe that If they made the mistake of marking the price wrong, at least they should honor that price."
"Being fairly new to the area, a friend recommended Versona to me and I was not disappointed! They have everything from t-shirts and jeans, to work out, casual, business, outfits for a night out and much more. The store is well put together, and Ms. Chandra, the manager, is wonderful. She and her staff really do an awesome job making you feel comfortable, and helping you find the right styles and fits. Love this place!"
