"So disappointed. The upgrade is not soon enough, and the phlebotomist who drew my blood yesterday has a routine that I witnessed of stabbing rather than calmly drawing the blood. She needs to be retrained. She said I had scar tissue, but she clearly hit a nerve. The pain shot to my hand. It was a horrible experience. I worked in healthcare for 32 years and never saw anything like this. My forearm is still in pain today. It's not worth coming here if you're from out of state. There are too many of us for them to keep up with. I'll go back to Nebraska for 5 star care."
