All Creatures Animal Clinic

"My mother and I rescued a kitten back in 2008, and he brought so much joy and happiness to our lives. Sadly my mom passed away from stage four cancer in 2011, but Armani remained with me throughout all of these years. After all, he was “our” cat. Unfortunately, Armani was nearing the end of his life a few weeks ago, and I had to make the gut wrenching decision to have him put down. I chose All Creatures because my dad takes his pets there, and has raved about them through and through. When i originally called to schedule the euthanization appointment, i was quoted $100 for him to be put down, and then $175 for private cremation. On the day of his appointment, I explained to the tech that I had never had to put an animal down before. She explained what the process would be like, and then she took my debit card for the payment. She did not explain the types of cremation or confirmed which one I had agreed to. When i received the paper receipt back, I noticed it was cheaper than what i was originally quoted. I didn’t think much of it, and thought maybe they gave me a family discount since my dad was with me that morning. We said our goodbyes, and then 3 weeks passed. I decided to call to check the status of his cremation and if he was ready to be picked up, and they explained that he received communal cremation, which means he’s processed and that’s it. No memorial box, no paw print, no nothing. I was extremely upset and hung up. After calming down, I decided to talk to an office manager to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. After being put on hold a million times, i finally was able to speak to Kara. I was calm at first and tried explaining what happened and all she did from the beginning was defend her “team” and how thorough they are. I re explained that I was not told that there were two types! She was not empathetic or compassionate to an obviously distraught pet parent!!!!! She kept defending and saying how this hasn’t happened in all of her 17 years of working there. Like as if that’s supposed to make me feel better that somehow IM the ONLY unlucky one this had to happen to. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Armani was special to me, ESPECIALLY since he was mine and my moms cat!!! I will never recover from this emotional damage All Creatures has caused me."

Most knowledgeable and have always taken care of my fur babies. As long as I own a pet I will continue to use All Creatures. Roy Kent loves all the attention he gets when comes here.
