"I’m unsure of why the cartoon character gentleman (the one smoking a cigarette with cats on his shoulders) left a negative review of this clinic. This has been my go-to veterinarian clinic for well over 10 years now. I’ve brought my two dogs here since 2013 and we have only experienced great services and advice. We drive all the way from Winter Haven, regardless of the weather/temperature. If you care enough about your furry friends (pets), then I highly recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic."

"Lexi has received nothing but the best care at Lakeland Animal Clinic. We are snowbirds, and she has a vet at home in Ohio, but LAC in Lakeland are the best at caring for her when we are here. They are professional and work in sync with what care she gets in Ohio. Best of all, they are so good and loving with Lexi."

"I absolutely love this Place. Everyone is so nice. From the young ladies who run the desk to the techs and the Veterinarian they all are so great. They genuinely love my animals. I love the fact they have a Chalk board in the waiting area with the names of all the patience that have appointments that day. I have a Lab who became diabetic and it's been so hard. She's lost her sight. They are doing so much to help me get it under control. I'm retired and have very limited funds and they do what's best for my dog while keeping cost in mind. I highly recommend bringing your pets here."

"Client since 2011, when it was a family practice and quality care was standard. Lakeland Animal Clinic is no longer a family practice as their recorded message states. A timely appointment is no longer an option. By timely, I mean within a few days or a week with guidance on what the client can do as they wait for their appointment. Recently, I requested an appointment and expressed our need for information regarding euthanasia services. I am still waiting for a response. We ended up taking our 14 yr. old dog to Blue Pearl where we received compassionate reception and services. The clinic we trusted no longer cares. Please do not reply asking me to call the clinic to see how you can better serve our family in the future. You won’t be our clinic of choice and we will not recommend you. It’s sad because your veterinarians have been professional and kind when we were lucky to get an appointment. It’s your administration and front desk that lacks empathy and consideration for your clients. Duchess crossed the rainbow bridge on 9/21/2023."
