"Went there to try something different and support a local business, we bought treats and my dog did not like them and they were too hard, I went back to try to return them or exchange them, they said they could not do it because they don’t get their money back on the product, while I understand that you’re a small business and you need more support to stay on your feet, those treats were $8 .. they said they would give me a call back tomorrow to see if they can do anything, I never got a call back and I definitely will not be returning to support this business. Regardless, They have a good variety of chews here and they’re a bit overpriced but they seem like good quality. I just wish they would’ve cared more about making their customers happy, because I would’ve went back to spend more $$."
"Friendly staff who always offer a free home baked cookie no matter how often I come, which is once a week, to get my Tucker’s Raw food. Pretty store that updates it’s inventory frequently and your pet is always welcome!"
