"Told my daughter that they canceled a monthly fee yet still charged her the next day. When she asked for proof she canceled they sent her an email with today's date as cancelation but she canceled a day or two before. They just wanted to keep her money after canceling an appointment on her. They don't care at all about her dog or us as customers. Don't take your pets here. Management has done nothing to help."

"I went with my sister to take her dog there. They talked her into paying a monthly fee that would lower the normal costs of some things every time she brought her dog in. A month after the first visit we needed to take him again for something else. We were told there was no vet there that day, and were recommended to take him to an emergency vet. Emergency vets are very expensive and my sister was already paying a monthly fee. So asked to cancel the subscription. The lady told us not to cancel that they would see us on Tuesday. However, Tuesday came and they cancelled our appointment. Again we asked to cancel our subscription. They said it would be cancelled but today more money was taken from my sister's account. We called and asked for an email verification that our subscription was cancelled. The email came with a cancellation date for the day of. We were robbed by these people and treated awful. They are not professional and just want your money. To the reply I received... We have spoken with management several times with no help. No one has reached out to us. This reply is not helpful at all."
