My favorite employee was Bridget because she listened to all of my concerns and helped me with my dog. My dog, Bugsy, is terrified of getting his nails clipped, and all of the employees helped me so much with making sure he had a calm nice experience. 100% recommend they are the best around for a good price."

"Everyone here is great. We take our dog here for his normal groom, and they treat him well and do a good job. Their prices are reasonable and the facility is always clean; on occasion we’ve forgotten to ask for a service and they’ve gone back and done it for us at pickup (minor things - anal glands or something), or if they’ve forgotten something they rush to do it before we take him away. We have a good relationship based in trust, which is critical to us when we leave our dog whom we love very much. They’re flexible also, and have been gracious when I’ve taken longer than expected to pick him up, or had to drop him off early. We really like Paw Park Palace. Photo was after a groom and play time. He was cleaner at pickup - I promise."

"I randomly stopped by this wonderful place with our rambunctious 5 month old puppy. They were excellent in pointing us in the right direction for an easy pull short leash, they got self serve bath station’s. But there bath service is quick like 15-20 mins ,also they gave us great tips for good treats. I am so happy to walked in and will be your forever customer. Thank you team"
