"My first experience with this office was absolutely terrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office front desk staff. Waited a hr, the front desk women never checked me in but scratched my name off the list. They then said I was check in but had to wait because other patients had appointments, after a brief logical conversation they realized I had an appointment which was well before the current patients in the lobby. They told me dr Espinola always runs late and that they can reschedule me… So this can happen again?They then refused to see me for an evaluation for a second opinion because I didn’t bring all my records from my prior office. Common sense says this physician would need to do their own evaluation to compare to the other physicians. It felt like they were trying to get me off the schedule because they were so behind. Total waste of my morning, so glad I took time off work be be there. I will never step foot in this dark and dingy office again."

"Dr. Julie Pfaff is amazing! We were referred to her when my mom was in the hospital with a leg injury and a scan found she had a growth on her thyroid that had to be removed. Dr. Pfaff was so patient and each appointment leading up to , right after and following the surgery took all of our questions. She and the staff were just amazing! My moms surgery went amazing and healed so fast and you can't even notice she had this surgery because there is barely a scar. I would recommend Dr. Pfaff to anyone. Very good at what she does! Explains everything!"

"I was a little anxious at first, needing a new ENT and Dr. Pfaff being the soonest available. The older people coming out of the Drs office seemed a little curmudgeon. Especially one old man who walked out and said, “Good luck” sarcastically to the rest of us waiting. But I am glad I stayed! The nurse who took my BP and saw me before the Dr was super nice. I had ringing in my ear all of the sudden and it was driving me crazy! The audiologist I saw was also very friendly and optimistic, just like the nurse. I then got to see Dr. Pfaff. She’s amazing! Super friendly, very educated and a positive personality. You can tel she if a faced paced problem solver, yet has the balance of not making a patient feel rushed. She took all the time I needed to ask any questions I had. Though I had an ear problem she took a look at my nose and throat. I previously had sinus surgery and she told me that the sites looked great (that’s always nice to hear!). You could tell she was honest and cares about getting her patients the help they need. She thought the quick onset of ringing in my ear could be a lingering effect from a previous sinus infection I had. Though it seemed “time” was my prescription for healing, she wanted to give me something else to try- a nasal spray. She cleaned out my ears, I took the nasal spray that night, woke up the next day and the ringing was gone!!!! Thank you Lord and Dr. Pfaff! The only reason I was hesitant to give 5 starts was because the staff signing people in dis seen busy and a maybe there was a lack of time management? I have no idea how drs offices work, so it could be due to patients running late… I did have to go back and forth 2-3 times from inside the office to the waiting room. So that was a little confusing to me. But hey- I can’t complain, I got a great new ENT and I’m already feeling better!"
