"Clean new store. Busy on weekends in the winter with all the snowbirds visiting. Be prepared to wait for a rotisserie chicken, the bin is usually cleared out whenever we visit. They are quick to replenish, but it’s like a free for all, with people standing right in front to grab the chickens as they are put on the shelf. Some folks will grab three or four at a time to bring home. Beyond that, it’s just like all the other Costco stores you visited before, just bigger and cleaner. And the workers all smile."
"I usually really like Costco. On this occasion I tried to call the tire department as I had picked up nail in one of my front tires. Since I had purchased my tires from Costco and was only a few miles away I tried to call them to give them a heads up that I was on my way. That was to no avail as I was on hold for 25 minutes. In fact, I was still on hold as I walked up to the tire counter to get the service I needed. The attendant was apologetic and indicated that it would be 2 1/2 hours for the repair to be completed. The good thing was that it only took 1 1/2 hours. I will continue to get my tires at Costco but this experience put a dent in what is usually great customer service."
"Who doesn't love Costco? My only advice is to visit this Costco location during the weekdays because it surely gets very crowded during the weekends. Staff here are friendly and always eager to help. Other departments at this location: gasoline, liquor, optical, food court, and tire center. I just wish they were open later on the weekends. Open until 8:30pm weekdays, 5:30pm weekends."
