"The wonderful amazing store manager, Carmen, went out of her way to find me a special Christmas item that was sold out at her personal store. It absolutely made my holidays. She took the time to call other stores to try to locate this item and found it for me! She's absolutely terrific and the fact she went this much above and beyond especially at the busy holidays is so wonderful! Her staff is also very kind and have also gone out of their way to look for items for me. What a great location!"

"I was in this cvs several times and a lady named (Noemí) has attended me and I can only say that she is rude and arrogant, treats customers like dogs, does not deserve to be in a position where she attends to the public. , I just want this person to be moved to another position and never see him again when he goes shopping. And he treats Latino people very badly."

"This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. They have had trouble locating me more than once and say "you have multiple profiles in the system" yet not one person has taken the time to correct it. The hours online are not accurate. Due to this I made multiple trips a few weeks ago on the weekend trying to obtain a prescription for a very dangerous condition that I have. I encountered an African American woman in the pharmacy about a month ago that was very rude. She had long hair that was either in braids or dreads. I could go on and on. I am transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere."

"I have never had anything but great service from CVS Pharmacy. They are friendly, professional and have always answered my questions about Rx. But the manager…black lady with dreads, is absolutely awful! She is mean, rude and extremely unprofessional. So many complaints have been placed on her. Yet, she is still employed as a manager at CVS. So needless so say, CVS does not value their customers at all!"

"This was on of the worse experiences I have ever had with this pharmacy. I essentially had to coordinate my own care between 3 different CVS locations. They did not have the medication and I was told I could call another location to see if they had the medication- because the gentlemen I was talking with was too busy to do so (literally said this to me). As a concurrent plan, I asked him to order the medication however he did not inform me that the other locations would not be able to even look to see if they had the medication since he placed an order. This meant I spent about 15 min on hold with another location just to be told I had to call him back and cancel BEFORE they could look. After doing this (another 15 min back on hold), I called the location on Armenia that the gentle stated had the medication---waited 25 minutes. They DID NOT have it. They gave me the number to the Fowler location- another 15min on hold. After another 20 min and verifying my insurance for the third time, I was able to get the medication."
