"My daughter broke her front teeth and I called 11 dental offices in the Ocala area for help. All of them except for this office turned me away. Said they were not accepting new patients, did not do emergency visits, or had no availability for months. When UR smile answered they promptly helped me and got my daughter in within hours. When we arrived she was immediately taken care and the provider was very kind to my nervous daughter.
